The short version
- 2048 Memes is free to play and shows ads.
- If you'd rather play without ads, the optional Remove ads subscription turns them off. It renews every year until you cancel.
- Apple or Google takes care of the payment, renewals, cancellation and refunds.
Who we are
2048 Memes is developed by VINCI LABS (Jean Vinge), in Brazil. In these terms, "we" means VINCI LABS. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Using the app
You're welcome to play 2048 Memes for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or modify the app, and don't try to get around the ads or the subscription in ways the app doesn't offer.
The Remove ads subscription
What you get. While your subscription is active, the app shows no banner ads and no full-screen ads. Everything else in the game is the same for everyone.
Price. The app and the store show the price in your currency before you buy. In the United States it's US$9.99 per year.
Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every year, at the same price unless you're told otherwise, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in your account settings: on iPhone and iPad, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. The app's Settings screen also has a Manage subscription shortcut. When you cancel, you keep the ad-free game until the end of the period you've paid for, and then the ads come back.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them: Apple or Google Play. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
New device. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap Restore purchases in the app's Settings.
Price changes. If the price ever changes, Apple or Google will let you know before it applies to your subscription, following their own rules, and you can cancel before then.
Ads
Ads in the app are served by Google AdMob. We don't control the content of third-party ads, and tapping one may take you to another app or website with its own terms. How ad data is handled is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes to the app
We keep improving 2048 Memes, so features may change over time. If we ever stop offering the Remove ads subscription, you won't be charged for any further renewals.
No warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be free of bugs or available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away any consumer protection you have in your own country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
This version is effective as of .
